Running out of workout ideas? A personal trainer always has a few up their sleeve. Kyrie Furr, a personal trainer, shared a 10-minute high-intensity workout with Eat This, Not That! that will help you get a toned tummy and core.

It all starts with a warm-up; circle your arms forward for 20 reps and then backward for 20 reps. Warm up your knees and lower body too. Then, get into an elbow plank. Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps.

Next, do a plank with knee drives. Move into 10 to 12 reps of burpees. There's still time for a wide-leg plank. You can do between 20 to 30 reps of those.

Almost there. Do 15 to 20 bicycle crunches. Finish with a cool-down stretch. Lie on your yoga mat and stretch your arms, legs, and core.
