Activate the 'simplifier' and follow these four tips shared by endocrinologist Lorena Amato with the Sport Life portal.
1- Control your stress levels
For effective stress control, adopt strategies that work for you, "such as meditation, deep breathing, relaxing hobbies or talking to friends and family," the doctor recommends.
