Set aside about 45 minutes of your day to do this cardio workout that, as the Nova Mulher portal writes, promises results three times faster. It is recommended for people who want to lose weight.
Now, let's go. Like any other workout, it involves a warm-up. A walk, a run or a stretching session for five minutes? It is up to the reader to decide.

Because we know how difficult it is to find time for physical exercise in our routine, opt for a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This type of training involves moments of very intense exercise, interspersed with shorter recovery breaks. Result: the metabolism becomes faster, burns more fat in a short period of time, tones the muscles and improves cardiovascular capacity.
After HIIT, do moderate cardio, such as running, stationary bike or elliptical. Maintain a moderate intensity, for about 15 minutes.
Reduce the intensity gradually and do stretching exercises to help with muscle regeneration and flexibility, for five to 10 minutes.
