It is anti-inflammatory and its effect is enhanced when combined with pepper (a great flavor enhancer). It can be used as a seasoning for salads, in soups or as a condiment in roasted cauliflower in the oven.
Curry
A condiment that comes from Asian cuisine and has many varieties on the market. Depending on the mixture of spices with which it is made, it has anti-inflammatory and digestive properties, among others. You can use it to season some meat, such as chicken or turkey, as it will give it a special touch.
