Nutritionist indicates five fruits that we should all eat daily

Certain foods should be consumed daily, due to the nutrients they contain. This is the case of fruit.
But after all, what should we have in our fruit bowl at home? To the newspaper Metrópoles, sports nutritionist Rayanne Marques revealed that there are five specific fruits that we should give priority to. Namely:

1- Apple
Contains potassium, fiber and antioxidant compounds. In addition to being an ally for weight loss, it is highly satiating and reduces inflammation in the digestive system. Pectin, a soluble fiber present in the apple peel, also improves the intestinal microbiota.
2- Orange
It is a source of fiber, vitamins, flavonoids and beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A that acts directly on the production of melanin, responsible for skin pigmentation and its protection against solar radiation. Eating orange every day increases immunity, thanks to vitamin C, and combats premature aging, due to flavonoids and carotenoids that reduce free radicals, substances that lead to cellular aging of the body and skin.

3- Papaya
It is rich in fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A and beta-carotene. The consumption of papaya improves the functioning of the intestine, thanks to its large amounts of insoluble fiber, and strengthens the bones, thanks to its richness in vitamin K.
4- Banana
Rich in magnesium, potassium and vitamin C, banana helps, among other things, to raise the level of serotonin, which helps to relax.
5- Guava
This fruit is rich in vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants and potassium. In addition to improving insulin sensitivity, it reduces the risk of diabetes and helps control cholesterol levels.
