"Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which can help strengthen the immune system and promote well-being", writes nutritionist Ana Pinto, in a publication made on the social network Instagram, where she suggests turmeric tea.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 slice of fresh ginger
1 pinch of black pepper
Honey to taste
Preparation method:
1- Add the turmeric, ginger and black pepper to hot water.
2- Let stand for a few minutes.
3- Then strain.
4- Finally, sweeten with honey to taste.
