Stairs are not just meant to go up and down. Instead of using the elevator, they are always the best option. You can also use them for a complete workout. Be it the stairs of the building or even some that you find on the street.

The 'website' HealthShots leaves a set of simple exercises that will make all the difference. The squats are one of them. Stand on a step, do a squat and move to the next one.

Running up the stairs is another suggestion. Leg stretching is also possible. Place one of your legs on the second or third step to get in tension.

Here you can also do push-ups. You can strengthen your chest and shoulders, for example. In the same way that you go up quickly, you can also do it going down. Another idea is to go up the stairs, but with some swing and several steps at a time.

Working the twins is also possible. Place your feet on one of the steps with your heel out. Hold the position and raise your body as much as you can with your toes.
