The 'website' Taste shared a recipe that has everything to go well. It combines cocoa and banana. See how simple it is to make.
Ingredients:
100 grams of sugar
2 eggs
125 grams of butter at room temperature
130 grams of mashed banana
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
225 grams of self-raising flour
60 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of hot water
300 ml of cream
Preparation method:
1- Start by mixing the water with the cocoa. Stir well. Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly. Add the banana and vanilla.
2- Sift the flour and add the milk. Use a spatula to mix well. Combine all the mixtures and place the dough in a pan.
3- Bake for 30 minutes. Beat the cream and serve with the cake.
