The IDB Rooftop, a panoramic terrace at the IDB Lisbon - Innovation & Design Building Lisbon, is reopening next Thursday, May 23. Lisbon residents and visitors to the Portuguese capital will be able to enjoy the rooftop, which has new features, such as a new skate park, painting classes for children, a new half-court basketball court, a book and clothing swap market, outdoor cinema, parties with DJs and a new tasting menu by chef Dedé.

Opened in the summer of 2022, the IDB Rooftop reflects the creative concept that Jamestown, the real estate investment and management company responsible for the building, has been developing in recent years. It is now back and has a new program designed to promote interaction between the entire community and visitors to the city of Lisbon. In addition to the skate and rollerblading circuit, there will be quiz nights, workout sessions, painting classes for children and even a market for exchanging books and clothing is being prepared.

Brazilian chef Dedé is once again responsible for the resident gastronomic offer and has a new menu proposal, with hamburgers, poke, salads, açaí and even the typical British dish, fish and chips. There are also vegetarian options.

On Sundays, the famous brunch will be back. The chef's main proposal will be pancakes, which can be sweet or savory. To accompany them, there are fresh juices and also various coffee options. But the news doesn't stop there, as the chef will invite other chefs to create themed gastronomic nights on the rooftop.

In terms of sports activities, skateboarding and rollerblading enthusiasts will once again meet at the IDB Rooftop. This year, there will be new obstacles and challenges. On Saturdays, professional skaters and rollerbladers will give free lessons to children and adults. There will also be table football, a new half-court for basketball players and also workout sessions on Sundays.

It will continue to be possible to enjoy the artistic offer of the IDB Rooftop, such as the wall about 40 meters long by the duo Los Pepes, who illustrated a wall with various illustrations of various colors and patterns, in a work entitled mural 'Cheira Bem, Cheira a Lisboa'.

IDB Lisbon is also preparing more activities for the entire community, in which not even the Popular Saints will be forgotten.

The space will be open from Thursday to Sunday. For its reopening, IDB Lisbon will hold an opening event next Thursday, May 23, starting at 5 pm, which will feature DJ Glue and DJ Bruma, performances by skaters and rollerbladers, snacks and cocktails.

On the remaining days, opening hours are from 12 noon to midnight from Thursday to Saturday and from 12 noon to 8 pm on Sunday.
