'Personal trainer' reveals three tips to see results in time for summer

"Losing weight with weight training or other strength exercises is essential, because it helps the whole metabolic system, increases fat burning and allows greater food adherence in the future, which is great for those who have a good appetite", he starts by pointing out to Sport Life.

This 'personal trainer' says that you should bet on exercises that work several muscles at the same time. "The free squat, the deadlift, the bench press, the military press, the standing row, the parallel bars, the pull-up bar, the standing calf raises for the calf [the so-called calf belly], and the upper abdominal, which works the lower and oblique muscles, are almost forgotten, but they make a difference."
Finally, he recommends incorporating advanced techniques, such as rest pause and drop set.
