Is it impossible to make a cheesecake for just one person? Here's the recipe

Don't know how to make desserts for just one person? It's time to learn. For example, Kirbie's Cravings suggests a cheesecake recipe for one that can be made in an instant. Try it!

Ingredients:
For the cheesecake
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
For the crust
4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon melted butter
Preparation method:
1- Grease the inside completely. Add the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix. Press the crumbs with your fingers to form a crust at the bottom of the mug.
2- Then, in a medium bowl, add the egg, cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the mug.
3- Cover the top of the mug with a napkin and microwave for one minute at full power. Check the dessert. Microwave for another 20 seconds. Stop again. Microwave for another 20 seconds. Stop again. Then, microwave again for another 20 seconds.
4- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the mug. Turn it upside down onto a large spatula and then turn it back onto a plate. Let the cake cool at room temperature for a few minutes. Place in the refrigerator to cool and set for at least one hour. Serve.
