Ingredients:
1 or 2 codfish fillets
5 tablespoons of oat flour or other to taste
1 dl of water
1 onion
1 egg
1 sprig of parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Carrot (optional)
Spinach (optional)
Preparation method:
1- Cook the codfish, flake into small pieces and set aside.
2- In a bowl, add the flour and water. Then, mix until you get a more or less thick batter.
3- Add the chopped onion and parsley.
4- Add the egg yolk and the codfish.
5- Season with salt and pepper.
6- If you have leftover cooked carrots and spinach, you can add them to the preparation.
7- Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the previous preparation.
8- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
9- Spoon the preparation and bake at 200ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
