The 'secret' to longevity is what many dream of. A Norwegian doctor, specialized in brain health, revealed some key tips that can make a difference.
Speaking to the 'website' ABC Startsiden, Ole Petter Hjelle revealed that practicing physical exercise, healthy eating and sleeping are fundamental.

"One of the things we may not talk about as much is the importance of exercise and physical activity for health. The same goes for healthy eating, but what we don't talk about as much is sleep", he revealed.
He says that most people have a sleep deficit, sleeping only an average of six and a half hours.
Another aspect that he reveals is fundamental for a longer life is social interaction. "Good social relationships actually outweigh everything else and what matters is not so much the quantity of relationships you have, but their quality", he continues.
