For a sweet snack, this recipe by nutritionist Bárbara Oliveira is the ideal option. The specialist suggests some divine tiramisu pancakes, which you can eat without guilt.

Ingredients:
1 egg
4 tablespoons of quark cheese
2 tablespoons of wholemeal spelt flour
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
Preparation method:
1- Start by separating the egg yolk from the egg white. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff.
2- In a second bowl, add the yolk, two tablespoons of quark cheese, the coffee and the flour. Then, stir everything with a fork, add the egg whites and mix gently, obtaining a fluffy dough.
3- Place the dough in circles in a non-stick frying pan over low heat and cover.
4- Cook for two minutes on each side.
5- Serve with two tablespoons of quark cheese and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
