There are signs that, however subtle they may be, we can identify in our body "and that are progressively settling in before a period of greater anxiety", warns the psychologist Pedro Coutinho, in a publication made on the social network Instagram. "We should all know them", he also considers.

As such, here are eight changes that, according to the specialist, signal that something is not right.

1- Explodes at the slightest thing;

2- Emotions are on edge and cries compulsively, even if, at times, cannot identify the reason;

3- Spends the day tense;

4- Takes longer to fall asleep, sleep is not restful and wakes up tired;

5- Realizes memory lapses and difficulty concentrating;

6- Has greater difficulty in solving tasks that previously seemed simple;

7- Even for no apparent reason, cannot avoid worrying and it is increasingly difficult to 'switch off';

8- Has physical symptoms such as palpitations, chest pain, stomach pain and headache.
