Ingredients:
1 package of pasta of your choice
½ cup of smooth peanut butter
2 and 1/2 tablespoons of paprika paste
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of thawed edamame
Preparation method:
1- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Reserve 3/4 cup of water.
2- Beat the peanut butter and add the paprika paste. Add the lemon zest and juice. Then, cooking water. Add the pasta, edamame and the water you reserved.
