Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
3 tablespoons of lemon zest
3/4 cup of lemon juice
Preparation:
1- Put the sugar in a pan. Leave it over medium heat until it boils. Reduce the heat and remove it from the heat. Add the lemon zest and juice. Take the preparation to the freezer for a few hours. Serve in bowls.
