"There are things you do because of anxiety - and you probably think it's just 'weird'." The warning was made on the Instagram social network by psychologist Catarina Soares Oliveira.

If you have these behaviors, be suspicious.

1- You remember the conversations you had, thinking about everything you could have said, and recreate scenarios in your head;
