Mark your calendars: Chef João Sá will be at Jezzus getting his hands dirty
Lisbon restaurant Jezzus has announced a new date for its 'What The Chef' initiative.

Jezzus challenged him, he accepted! After the debut of the initiative with Zé Paulo Rocha of the emblematic Velho Eurico, the bar remains high and, this time, the guest chef will be João Sá, one of the talents of the new generation, whose restaurant SÁLA was awarded its first Michelin star this year.

On May 29, the Angels will be in turmoil, with João Sá working his magic in the Jezzus oven. Those who follow the chef closely already know of his preference for exploring the sea. For those who were waiting for the opportunity to taste something of his authorship, his proposal is a moqueca starter, leeks, burrata heart and peanuts. The cod caldeirada pizza composed of tomato sauce with red onion and roasted peppers, smoked mozzarella, cod, fried onion and chilli, and for dessert, Pastel de nata 2.0.
That night, the chef will be at Jezzus from 6:30 pm to midnight, and to secure a place, within two different time slots, simply buy a ticket at Jezzus or here. The ticket includes a starter, a pizza, a dessert and a drink. It costs 30 euros if purchased on May 28 and 32 euros on the day of the event. One euro goes to the Ocean Alive association, the cause supported by the chef in the context of his passion for the sea.
