Specialist reveals the three best exercises for aging well

The aging process is natural and inevitable, but it is not always peaceful. But for those who want to actively combat the signs that age brings, Marco Túlio, president of the Brazilian Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology, reminded CNN Brasil that "physical activity has several important benefits". One of them "is the strengthening of bone health".
For healthy aging, the best exercises are aerobics and flexibility. Weight training is also on the list.

"Exercises that work on resistance, such as weight training, are beneficial for strengthening muscles, while flexibility exercises prevent the loss of muscle strength. For the brain, a mix of all these activities is important", says Marco Túlio.
To obtain the desired results, the specialist recommends monitoring by qualified professionals.
