Ingredients:
1 banana (previously frozen)
Frozen raspberries
100 ml of milk or natural yogurt
Preparation method:
1- Place the frozen fruit in a blender or food processor.
2- Add the milk or yogurt. The amount varies according to the desired consistency.
3- Blend for a few minutes.
