In a few minutes you can make a cinnamon bread. Or is it a cake? The truth is that it is a mixture of both this proposal of the 'website' Reluctant Entertainer. See how it's done.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1- Beat the butter with the sugar. Together the eggs and the milk.
2- In another bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
3- Mix the two preparations. Place in a pound cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
