Never made brownies with chocolate and sweet potato? You (really) have to try it. Just follow carefully the simple recipe from Better Homes and Gardens.

Ingredients:
½ cup coconut or granulated sugar
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 cup almond butter
¾ cup mashed sweet potato
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
Preparation:
1- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the first five ingredients (through salt).
2- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat together the next four ingredients (through vanilla). Stir in the dry ingredients just until combined. Stir in the chocolate. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
3- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack. Dust with additional cocoa powder.
