Tea can have many health benefits. Nutritionist Patrícia Costa indicates, in a publication made on the social network Instagram, three teas that are a great help in times of crisis. 

Namely:

1- Lemon balm tea

The specialist explains that this tea "helps with practically all symptoms - bloating, gas, indigestion".

2- Peppermint tea

It is also "great for use in case of gas, bloating or indigestion". However, the nutritionist leaves a message: "It should not be used by those who have a tendency for reflux or heartburn"

3- Cinnamon tea

It is indicated for episodes of diarrhea.
