To diet, you don't have to cut bread from your diet. This protein bread recipe with three ingredients, by nutritionist Ana Rita Campos, is proof of that.

Ingredients:
300 g of egg whites
100 g of ground flaxseed
1 dash of salt
Nuts q.s.
Preparation:
1- Start by beating the egg whites until stiff.
2- Then, add the ground flaxseed, a dash of salt and mix well.
3- In a silicone mold, place the previous preparation, sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180ºC.
