There are specific workouts that can strengthen different parts of the body. For example, if you want to improve cardiovascular health, walking, cycling and swimming can be very useful. But if the goal is to improve bone density and muscle mass, it is ideal to bet on another type of training.

The 'personal trainer' Tryer Read signs an article on the 'website' Eat This, Not That in which he explains what to do in this case. He starts by saying that you can start training with squats.

He says that you should do three sets of 10 to 12 repetitions. Then do the lifting of a weight bar. In this case, you should do between eight to 10 repetitions in three sets.
