No ideas in the kitchen? This 'low carb' cod and vegetable pie recipe, by the nutritionist Mariana Abecassis, is a guaranteed success.

Ingredients:
1 piece of cod
1 cauliflower
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
4 broccoli florets
1 carrot
Salt
Milk
Egg yolk

Preparation:
1- Boil the cod for 10 minutes, in previously boiling water, with the piece still frozen.
2- Then, shred it.
3- In a pan, add the onion, garlic and cauliflower broken into pieces. Season with a pinch of salt and add a cup of milk. 
4- Cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes until they are very tender and, at the end, mash them well until they are creamy.
5- In a baking dish, place a layer of cauliflower puree, add the shredded cod, the broccoli, previously cooked and broken into small pieces, and the grated carrot.
6- Cover with another layer of cauliflower puree and, on top, brush with beaten egg yolk. 
7- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
