Creamy coconut-lime salmon recipe. What's not to love?

Ingredients (for two servings)
2 slices of wild salmon
300 g of spinach
200 g of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 dessert spoon of grated ginger
1 dessert spoon of chopped garlic
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1- In a frying pan, place a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion until golden.
2- Add the salmon slices, season with a pinch of salt, add the chopped garlic, the grated ginger, the other tablespoon of olive oil and cook for two minutes on each side.
3- Pour in the coconut milk and add the spinach.
4- Finally, add the lime juice.
