Two Japanese military helicopters feared to have crashed into sea
Japan's Defense Ministry said Tuesday that two navy helicopters carrying eight crew members are presumed to have crashed into the sea during a training exercise.

The two SH-60K helicopters, each carrying four crew members, lost contact Saturday night near Torishima island, south of Tokyo, Defense Minister Minoru Kihara told reporters.
One of the eight crew members has been rescued from the water, but his condition was unknown, and a search is underway for the other seven.
The cause of the accident is not yet known, Kihara said.
