Over 2,000 confetti cannons fired at the same time break record

Mundo Guinness World Records
A school in Australia has set off 2,013 party poppers simultaneously in a bid to celebrate the institution's 40th anniversary and break a previous Guinness World Record.
Students at St Stephen's School in Western Australia let the confetti fly last Friday in an attempt to break the record for the most people popping party poppers at the same time.
The previous record was set by 1,116 people simultaneously in 2022 - these students managed to beat the previous record by 897.
