Agents of the Spanish National Police have arrested in Marbella, in the community of Andalusia, one of the most dangerous fugitives in Poland, where he could be sentenced to a prison term of 50 years.

In a statement released this Tuesday, the Spanish authority revealed that the man, accused of drug trafficking, arms and explosives trafficking and criminal association, "obtained a false identity to escape the authorities and used strong security measures to avoid being located".

"There was information that he had modified his physical characteristics, removed tattoos from his skin, and that he used security and self-protection measures by constantly changing addresses, vehicles and even cities to avoid being identified", added the statement from the National Police.

The investigation began in late 2023, when Polish authorities alerted the Spanish police that the suspect, described as "one of the most wanted and dangerous fugitives in Poland", could be in the country.

After months of investigation, it was found that the Pole had started a new life in the city of Marbella and they managed to locate his residence, where he was eventually arrested.
