It's unusual, but it really happened. Security agents at a checkpoint at Miami International Airport, in the United States, detected a bag with snakes inside, which was hidden in a passenger's pants, on the 26th.
The discovery was announced this week by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The reptiles almost boarded a flight, but ended up 'safe'.
"This bag of snakes was detected hidden in a passenger's pants," reported the TSA in a publication on social network X (former Twitter), which shows two small snakes that were found in what appears to be a sunglasses case.
Local authorities were alerted to the incident and the two small snakes "were handed over to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission".
