Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak reacted this Tuesday to the inauguration of Russian President Vladimir Putin, which took place today in the Kremlin, considering that Russia "is not a free country" and the ceremony represents "a classic Russian coronation of yet another repeat offender"

"Not a president. But a classic uneducated dictator of the Russian Federation. Not an inauguration. But a classic Russian coronation of yet another repeat offender...", Podolyak began by writing in a post on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

President Volodymyr Zelensky's adviser considers that Russia "is not a free country", but rather "a full-fledged dictatorship with pronounced complexes of hatred, envy and desire for the blood of others".

"There is no [desire] to adapt to modern times, but an express intention to increase aggression, expansion and the scale of wars in different formats. Is that not yet obvious?", accused Podolyak.

The Ukrainian official also questioned the possible "desire" of the world to "appreciate the spectacle of the coronation of yet another bloody Russian tyrant".

It is worth remembering that Vladimir Putin was officially sworn in as Russian president today, marking the beginning of his fifth term.

This new term of office will last at least until 2030. However, following a constitutional amendment adopted in 2020, Vladimir Putin could, if he so wishes, remain in power for another six years, until 2036, when he will be 84 years old.
