The fire has already been extinguished and emergency teams are assessing the damage caused to the infrastructure, but there were no injuries as the workers were removed from the site, the governor said in a message posted on the Telegram network.
Authorities in the Bashkiria region reported on Thursday a similar attack by 'drones' (unmanned aircraft) against the petrochemical plant of the state-owned company Gazprom in the city of Salavat.
Ukraine has caused, in recent months, great damage to refineries throughout European Russia, in an attempt to prevent the supply of fuel to the troops fighting in the neighboring country.
With greater or lesser success, Kiev has already attacked the refineries in Nizhny Novgorod -- one of the largest in Russia --, Rostov, Samara and Krasnodar.
The Ministry of Defense also reported this morning that it had intercepted, in the last hours, seven enemy 'drones' in the Moscow region and in the border areas, in Belgorod and Bryansk.
The mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, confirmed the interception of a 'drone' by the anti-aircraft system located in the city of Podolsk, just over 20 kilometers from the capital.
According to local authorities, two women were killed on Thursday night in the border regions of Kursk and Belgorod in Ukrainian artillery attacks.
Russian President Vladimir Putin promised this week to the commanders of the battalions fighting in Ukraine that the Kremlin intends to manufacture large quantities of aerial, aquatic and underwater 'drones', an area in which Kiev has a clear advantage.
