Swedish tourist dies after 15-meter fall in Rome

A Swedish tourist died early on Wednesday morning in the center of Rome, Italy.
According to the Italian television network Rai, the 29-year-old man died instantly after falling from a height of 15 meters in the Trastevere district.
The body, which had a visible head wound, was found on the so-called Lungotevere, the path that follows the banks of the Tiber River between the Sisto bridge and the Garibaldi bridge.
The Carabinieri went to the scene, where they collected images from surveillance cameras.
According to Rai, which quotes the images in question, the young man probably fell from a wall in the area, when he was staggering, possibly drunk.
