Driver runs over robber to save nurse in Brazil

A driver ran over a robber to save a nurse who was being robbed last Tuesday in Uberlândia, Brazil.
The Military Police revealed that the man, who was driving a van, passed by the scene and noticed that the woman was nervous while talking to the suspect.
At that moment, the driver stopped and asked if everything was okay, which led the robber to lift his shirt and show a gun.
"Get out of here if you don't want to get shot," the criminal said, according to G1.
The driver pretended to leave, but accelerated in reverse against the thief, who was on a motorcycle, running him over. He got out from under the car, got up, and pulled out the gun that was in his waistband. Limping, he ended up not shooting and ran away.
The moment ended up being captured by video surveillance cameras. The nurse told the police that she had just left work when she was approached by the robber.
To G1, the driver who saved her said that he didn't think twice when he noticed the victim's nervousness and that he would do it all again.
"At the time, I thought it would be something that could happen to my wife, because she had just left to go to the gym. The girl was very nervous, when I asked her if everything was okay, she couldn't even answer," recalled Luciano Campideli, who is a businessman, to the Brazilian website.
