Cleaner shares videos of herself dancing at work and is fired
The employee does not accept the decision, stating that she never left her work undone.

After six years of service, the cleaning lady at the Ghandi school in Ciudad Lineal, Spain, was fired. The reason was a lively TikTok account managed by the employee herself.
The 61-year-old from Madrid received a dismissal letter on April 22, which alleged disciplinary breaches.
"On March 12, 2024, the management of this company became aware that the lady had shared a series of videos on TikTok in which she appears wearing her work uniform and in which she performs a series of acts of such seriousness that this company cannot tolerate", can be read in the letter to which ABC had access.
Despite being funny, the company decided to fire the employee, alleging that by wearing the work uniform she made the name of the company to which she belongs visible and tarnished its image.
Maika Cabrera, in turn, feels wronged and decided to appeal the decision, alleging that the company has no reason to complain about her work.
