Prisoner jumps from moving police van and escapes... but is caught
It was at kilometer 80 of the A-51, in the area of Puebla de Sanabria, in the province of Zamora, municipality in Spain, that the prisoner, 24 years old, tried to escape, in an almost cinematographic action.

A prisoner jumped from a police van and tried to escape during a transfer between Galicia and Madrid, in Spain. However, he ended up being caught.
The reasons for the fugitive prisoner's transfer were not revealed, but, as reported by ABC Castilla y León, the prisoner must have thought it was the perfect opportunity to find the freedom that a conviction had taken away from him.
Thus, halfway through the journey, in the middle of the highway and with the vehicle in motion, the man somehow managed to jump out of the van.
It was at kilometer 80 of the A-51, in the area of Puebla de Sanabria, in the province of Zamora, a municipality in Spain, that the 24-year-old prisoner tried to escape, in an almost cinematic action.
However, as in most feature films, his end is also a return to prison. Despite having jumped from the National Police van that was transporting him to Madrid, his escape was unsuccessful.
The man managed to escape, but was later located and arrested again.
The manhunt involved agents from Seprona, Usecic and the León Air Service, as well as civil guards who were off duty at the time.
