A 17-year-old boy without a driving license and under the influence of drugs was arrested on Sunday night after crashing the vehicle he was driving into a wall in Blaye, Gironde, France.
According to Le Figaro, the young man was carrying three other minors in the vehicle when the accident occurred, near the Blaye hospital.
The young man not only could not drive, but was also under the influence of drugs.
The authorities went to the scene after the accident and ended up arresting the minor.
One of the passengers went into shock and had to be taken to hospital. There were no other injuries.
The young man is at liberty, while waiting to appear before a juvenile judge.
