According to the Presidency, Ukraine "has shown itself open to cooperating with Mozambique in the area of agriculture and in supporting food security for the countries of the region".
Zelensky took advantage of the contact to "communicate and invite President Nyusi to participate in the Global Summit on Peace in Ukraine, to be held in Switzerland [on June 15 and 16], whose main theme will be around Peace, food security and protection of children in times of war", the Presidency's statement also states, which does not clarify whether the Mozambican head of state will be present at the meeting.
