The bodies of Hanan Yablonka, Michel Nisenbaum and Orion Hernandez have been recovered and their families have been notified, an official statement cited by the Associated Press said.
The three men were killed in the Mefalsim, Israel, attack on the day it occurred, and their bodies were taken into Gaza by Hamas operatives, the military said.
The announcement came less than a week after the military recovered the bodies of three other slain Israeli hostages on Oct. 7.
Hamas militants killed about 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and seized about 250 citizens in the Oct. 7 attack.
Hanan Yablonka, Michel Nisenbaum, and Orion Hernandez were murdered during the October 7 Massacre and were abducted to Gaza by Hamas terrorists.

About half of those hostages have since been freed, most in a prisoner swap for Palestinians held by Israel during a weeklong cease-fire in November of last year.
Israel says about 100 hostages are still being held in Gaza, and the bodies of about 30 are also in the enclave.
Israel pounded the enclave in response to the Hamas attacks.
