Traffic resumed on Lisbon's Segunda Circular after truck fire
The heavy goods vehicle was completely destroyed.

Traffic was restored on Tuesday morning, on the North-South direction of the Segunda Circular, in Lisbon, after a fire in a truck during the early hours, a source from the Metropolitan Command of the Public Security Police of Lisbon (Cometlis) confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto.
Traffic circulation was resumed around 8:20 am, with one lane still closed, which is where the burned truck is located.
The alert for the fire in the furniture transport truck was given at 1:50 am.
The heavy goods vehicle was completely destroyed - as can be seen in the images.
According to the Lisbon Firefighters Regiment, at 7:00 am "cleaning and debris removal work" was underway on the road.
Elements of the Lisbon Firefighters and the Public Security Police (PSP) are on the scene.
