País Queima das Fitas
The Porto Metro, following another edition of the Queima das Fitas, will ensure a special service offer throughout the week from 4 to 12 May.
In a note on its website, the company clarifies that on the night of the serenade, on Saturday, from 4 to 5 May, the Blue (A) and Yellow (D) lines will operate continuously, that is, for 24 hours.
The same will happen on the night of the parade, Tuesday, the 7th, and there will be a reinforcement on all Metro lines also in the afternoon.
On the morning of 5 May, after the academic party, the service will also be reinforced on all lines for the traditional mass of the blessing of the folders.
On the remaining days of Queima, the Blue and Yellow lines will always be reinforced from 8 pm and start at 4 am, with the connection to Trindade happening around 4:30 am.
