"I read in Noticias ao Minuto that José Castelo Branco was arrested after accusations of domestic violence.
It was obvious that, one day, it would happen. The scenes at the airport, his haughty posture, the non-compliance with rules, etc. I feel sorry, but increasingly, in our country, the fall of pseudo-icons is a constant.
When I see José Castelo Branco on television, it seems that he was happy to appear and be in the news. A social oxymoron.
Our society is subverted and needs a direction. If the accusations against José Castelo Branco are proven, it is very serious.
An exemplary punishment is important, even for other domestic violence crimes.
It is essential to point out the abuses, imbecilities, cynicism, impudence, their grotesque reasons, and finally, to demand that José Castelo Branco be held accountable and explain what he allegedly did.
This case, which is very serious, has been transformed into a parody, without right, without reason, without uniformity, without equity, and without dignity.
A shame that does not deserve so much airtime, but deserves an exemplary punishment.
There are so many cases of domestic violence in which the victims do not have airtime to defend themselves, but this strange man has a huge airtime and is accused, he is not a victim."
