Portugal wins 4th Euromillions prize... and 'jackpot' rises again
Next Tuesday, 49 million euros will be at stake.

The value of the Euromillions 'jackpot' increased again on Friday, after no bettor guessed the winning combination in draw 038/2024.
Since no one became a Euro millionaire, the new prize, which will be in play next Tuesday, now rises to 49 million euros.
Although the 1st prize was 'a cross next to it', there were those who almost guessed the combination, missing only one star. According to Jogos Santa Casa, there were three bettors abroad who won a second prize worth around 214 thousand euros each.
As for the third prize, there were six bettors abroad who 'only missed' the stars, winning 25 thousand euros each.
The most a bettor won in Portugal was 2,596.40, with a fourth prize. In total, there were 18 people who won a similar prize.
