The national territory will continue to be exposed this Wednesday and in the coming days to a cold front that is bringing clouds and precipitation to most regions.

Today, in the autonomous regions, only periods of rain should be recorded in Porto Santo. In mainland Portugal, it should rain throughout the North region. In the Center, the sky will be partly cloudy and in the South, slightly cloudy.

According to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA), temperatures should reach a maximum of 23ºC in Faro and drop to a minimum of 4ºC in Guarda.

In Lisbon, they are expected to vary between 19ºC and 13ºC, and in Porto between 16ºC and 10ºC.

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 16, rain is expected for the eastern group of the Autonomous Region of the Azores, as well as for almost the entire mainland territory. Only Beja, Faro and Sagres escape these precipitation forecasts.

The highest temperatures will be recorded in Faro, with 24ºC, while the lowest should be recorded, again, in Guarda, with a maximum of 13ºC and a minimum of 5ºC. In Lisbon, temperatures will continue to record a maximum of 19ºC and a minimum of 13ºC, and in Porto, a maximum of 16ºC and a minimum of 11ºC.

On Friday, the rain moves to the western group of the Azores and to the island of Madeira and ceases to affect the Center and South of the country. In the North, however, showers are expected.

Temperatures will rise a few degrees. In Lisbon they will be 21ºC maximum, in Porto 18ºC, in Faro 25ºC and in Évora 23ºC.
