He stole a bike from a building's garage but was caught by the PSP
The theft took place in Póvoa de Varzim, district of Porto.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday on Rua dos Mourões, in Póvoa de Varzim, Porto district, for theft inside a garage.
In a statement to which Notícias ao Minuto had access, the Public Security Police (PSP) reported that the suspect "had entered a collective garage of a residential building located on the aforementioned street and stolen a bicycle".
After investigations carried out by the authorities, the man was eventually intercepted and arrested.
"The rightful owner of the bicycle reported the incident to the police department", the statement reads.
The suspect, referenced for committing crimes against heritage, was notified to appear before the judicial authorities.
