Preventive measure for man who assaulted mother and sister in Lisbon
He is still forbidden from contacting the victims.

A 34-year-old man, arrested outside the act, on May 17, 2024 for domestic violence, was placed in preventive detention.
According to a note from the Public Prosecutor's Office to which Notícias ao Minuto had access, the suspect was arrested for committing a crime of domestic violence against his mother, and a crime of aggravated threat against his sister.
"There are strong indications that the defendant, who lives with the victims, subjected his 75-year-old mother, a person with reduced mobility and with several pathologies resulting from her advanced age, to constant offenses against her physical integrity and insults", can be read in the note, which clarifies that although the defendant "subjected both victims to constant threats that even reached the point of being against their lives".
After the interrogation, the defendant was subjected to the coercive measures of preventive detention and prohibition of contact.
