Sintra. One dead and four injured in fire at an apartment in Belas
The alert was given at 00:13 this Tuesday. Three of the injured are agents of the Public Security Police (PSP).

A man in his 60s died and four other people were injured after a fire broke out in an apartment on the seventh floor of a building in the early hours of Tuesday, on Rua Paz e Amizade, in Belas, Sintra.
As the Greater Lisbon Sub-regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto, three of the injured are Public Security Police (PSP) officers, who were transported to the Prof. Doutor Fernando Fonseca Hospital in Amadora.
The fourth injured person is a civilian and was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
The fire alert was given at 00:13 and was extinguished at 01:02, when the residents of the building, which had been evacuated, returned to their homes, the source also revealed.
59 operatives supported by 21 vehicles from the Queluz Volunteer Firefighters, the Belas Volunteer Firefighters and the Agualva-Cacém Volunteer Firefighters were on site.
The Judiciary Police were also called to the scene.
