"The second session of the Lusa general meeting, scheduled for today, May 21, 2024, at 10:00 am, was suspended, under the terms of article 387.º of the Commercial Companies Code [CSC], paragraph 1, 'in fine', as decided by the respective shareholders present", according to the agency's management.

"The holding of the third session, taking into account the provisions of paragraph 2 of the same article 387.º CSC, must occur within 90 days after the second session", it concludes.

The Activities and Budget Plan for this year, which was the fifth point on the agenda, was approved at the general meeting (GM), and the meeting was suspended before point six on the election of the members of the corporate bodies.
